You get one of the island's most distinctive flavours: 🇬🇷 Κρασοτύρι Κω — Krasotýri Ko Also known locally as Týri tis Pósias — the cheese of posia. But here's the interesting part… The cheese isn't simply dipped into a glass of wine. 🍷 Traditionally, this white sheep's or goat's milk cheese is left to mature for at least a month in wine lees — known locally as posia.
